Telephone Reassurance

Today’s seniors and their providers agree that aging in place — at home in the communities they cherish — is best. Our Telephone Reassurance Programs provide your residents with weekly wellness check-in phone calls from Callgivers™ trained in active, empathetic listening.

During friendly phone calls, our Callgivers™ also target critical areas. If any issues or problems are reported by your clients or patients, we reach out to designated emergency contacts, which includes family members and care managers.

Complex Client Support

For your patients and clients who have multiple needs, Callgivers™ offers Complex Client Support Programs that provide consistent, timely phone calls so that your service model is more inclusive and holistic.

Experienced Callgivers™ with backgrounds in senior care and/or social services provide regularly scheduled wellness check-in calls to your complex clients and patients.

In addition to areas critical to safety and wellness, our staff supports each client with specific, targeted issues identified by your agency or practice.

Thorough follow-up reports are made to care managers and other designated emergency contacts.

Callgivers™ offers our Telephone Reassurance and Complex Client Support programs to individual members.

Like a good friend, Callgivers™ aims to provide the lasting, healing benefits that come from unwavering support, human connection and, most importantly, good old-fashioned fun.

Callgivers™ will also give updates to designated emergency contacts. This is an economical way for family members who live far away to stay involved in their loved ones’ lives.
